Pizza/Prep Line Cook

Business Italian Restaurant seeking line cook with solid food preparation skills as related to the pizza business. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and a varied shift. Looking for someone with leadership qualities who can possibly promote to management. Constantly looking for quality control and able to implement rules and regulations effectively, hard worker is key!

REQUIREMENTS: This job requires a high school diploma and 5 years of experience.





Kitchen Manager

The Chef/Senior Kitchen Manager is responsible for high volume kitchen operations, mentoring staff; oversee staff schedules, hands on involvement with inventory control, food/labor cost, and kitchen sanitation.

REQUIREMENTS: The Kitchen Manager candidate must have at least 2+ year's senior level experience in a full service, high volume kitchen. Must have hands on experience with food inventories and good understanding of all that impacts food cost. Must be well versed in writing schedules and meeting or beating budgeted labor cost through effective management. Must possess strong leadership skills to motivate and develop staff, the ability to build a team, self-confidence and a hands-on approach.





Dining Room/Take Out Supervisor:

The D/R Supervisor performs and/or supervises employees in the following job set-up positions: Dining Room, and Take Out. Assist reservation and walk-in customers (both in person and on the phone) in dining room, and supervise take out area. The supervisor, evaluates, trains, disciplines, day and night staff, and is responsible for the overall effectiveness of their area of responsibility within the operation. Must serve as hostess and ensure that the customers receive top notch service. Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic!

Requirements:

  • General experience with the food industry is preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including open shifts, mid shifts, close shifts, weekends and holidays if needed.
  • We need high energy and customer service minded individual!




TAKE OUT/ CUSTOMER SERVICE CASHIER

Very busy Italtian restaurant with high volume of calls and walk-in. Assist walk-in customers, both in person and on the phone in take-out. Solid business judgment and strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers of all levels and skill sets. Candidate should be detail oriented, logical, analytical and methodological in approach to problem solving.

Minimum 2 years plus restaurant experience
